Camden reached out to GTMA in need of original videography for nearly a dozen different communities challenged by the fact that several properties were within blocks of one another, some even sharing similar neighborhood attractions and callouts — yet each community had a very distinct story to tell. GTMA rose to the occasion, researching each community and neighborhood in depth to create 10 unique videos with customized pacing, scores, and filming techniques. Video views totalled over 27,000, and received an award at AIM!
