Job Title: Project Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Web Development
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $18.50 – $19.50/hr
As a Project Coordinator, this person will be responsible for tracking the budgets and timelines for projects, and make sure that communication is clear both internally and externally. In addition to project management, this person will also be adding content, doing QA, and some light website management depending on their experience and interest. This position involves having a working knowledge of digital marketing principles, a complete understanding of what GTMA is capable of, and applying that knowledge to a client’s business. A successful Project Manager must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to both work in and coordinate a group in a team environment. This role requires extensive knowledge of GTMA’s products, services, and pricing as well as an advanced ability to concurrently prioritize and project manage multiple client initiatives and campaigns.

Constant need (33% to 100% of the time) to complete forms; read and review reports, correspondence, and other documents; view computer screen; and frequent need to see small detail for purposes of assisting with the day to day functions of supporting the administrative needs of the company.

This position is fully remote. You will have to agree to and adhere to the company’s remote work policy including safety standards.
