Pay Range: $18.50 – $19.50/hr

JOB SUMMARY

As a Project Coordinator, this person will be responsible for tracking the budgets and timelines for projects, and make sure that communication is clear both internally and externally. In addition to project management, this person will also be adding content, doing QA, and some light website management depending on their experience and interest. This position involves having a working knowledge of digital marketing principles, a complete understanding of what GTMA is capable of, and applying that knowledge to a client’s business. A successful Project Manager must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to both work in and coordinate a group in a team environment. This role requires extensive knowledge of GTMA’s products, services, and pricing as well as an advanced ability to concurrently prioritize and project manage multiple client initiatives and campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

CLIENT FACING COMMUNICATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Set up projects and tasks
  • Check them daily and update accordingly
  • Schedule and manage Ticketing system
  • Client website maintenance 
  • Performance quality assurance
  • Schedule meetings when needed
  • “Own” client relationships by handling all external communications and internal project management across the web development team
  • Performing high-level client communications focused on positive customer service
  • Run point on project management of creative service projects 
  • Ensure that client expectations are managed
  • Ensure that GTMA’s digital marketing strategy is communicated clearly 

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • 1+ years experience in running digital projects, specifically website builds, maintenance, web applications, and other web-based projects. 
  • This candidate should have a strong familiarity with WordPress, HTML and CSS and an eye for details. 
  • The development aspect of this role will start with QA and content insertion and may progress from there.
  • Superior organizational and project management skills
  • Have an understanding of digital marketing best practices including email marketing, all social networks,  blogging, SEO, PPC, visual production, reputation management, and design
  • Experience working within a budget and on a deadline
  • Have a functional understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads and be certified in both
  • Have a functional understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising
  • Must have customer service and leadership experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Fluent in English
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Proficient with Apple computers
  • Qualified applicants must pass a background check

VISION REQUIREMENTS

Constant need (33% to 100% of the time) to complete forms; read and review reports, correspondence, and other documents; view computer screen; and frequent need to see small detail for purposes of assisting with the day to day functions of supporting the administrative needs of the company.

HEARING REQUIREMENTS

Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to communicate via telephone and in person with vendors, associates, customers, clients, service personnel and others for the purposes of receiving information or direction.

SPEAKING REQUIREMENTS

Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to communicate via telephone and in person with vendors, associates, customers, clients, service personnel and others for the purposes of providing information, direction or response.

REASONING DEVELOPMENT

Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect and disseminate pertinent data/documents, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate an appropriate course of action.  Must effectively convey ideas, images, and goals to a diverse group of personalities.
