Production Associate

Reports To: Chief Creative Officer

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Pay Range: $19.25 – $21.75/hr 

 

The Production Associate is the backbone to the Creative Services team’s organization and communication within the department, as well as the company. This position would incorporate project coordination, client customer service, team support, incredible organizational skills, and a basic understanding of production. This team member would be responsible for overseeing the pre-production, production and post-production of larger scale, custom Production projects, inter departmental tasks and in-house company content creation.. This position would work closely with all of our other departments to ensure that (upon completion) each production project is being utilized to its full potential, to ensure that the creative teams are set up for success, and to ensure that GTMA delivers effectively on client expectations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage the logistics for all the Production projects
  • Manage the operations and logistics of our 360 Virtual Tours service
  • Organize, schedule and help produce photo/video shoots
  • Take notes in creative meetings and organize them for presentations 
  • Work closely with the CEO and CCO on managing various early stage creative projects
  • Perform high-level client communications focused on positive customer service
  • Maintain our CRM (ZoHo) and project management tools (Trello) to ensure accurate information is available to the GTMA team 
  • Work collaboratively with the GTMA Brand team to make sure we are effectively utilizing our content creation
  • Support the creation of materials for client presentations as needed
  • Research for production development 
  • Managing the flow of communication within the Creative Services department
  • Maintain quality control of all projects assigned to this team member
  • Build and manage effective client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES 

  • 2+ years of professional experience as either a project coordinator, executive assistant,  production assistant, or office manager
  • A 4-year degree in public relations, marketing, communications or business 
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Production background is a plus, but not required. 
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

VISION REQUIREMENTS:

Constant need (33% to 100% of the time) to complete forms; read and review reports, correspondence, and other documents; view computer screen; and frequent need to see small detail for purposes of assisting with the day to day functions of supporting the administrative needs of the company.

HEARING REQUIREMENTS:

Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to communicate via telephone and in-person with vendors, associates, customers, clients, service personnel, and others for the purposes of receiving information or direction.

SPEAKING REQUIREMENTS:

Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to communicate via telephone and in-person with vendors, associates, customers, clients, service personnel, and others for the purposes of providing information, direction or response.

REASONING DEVELOPMENT:
