The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) partnered with GTMA and Razz Interactive to collaborate on a new corporate website that would take our company brand to the next level. The experience was enjoyable and resulted in a website which was exactly what I hoped for: showcasing our beautiful product shots, our company history and core values, introducing our talented leadership team, featuring company awards, our participation in community service projects and the all-important LEED green building promise. The new website design is user friendly and appeals to our investment partners and also serves as a great resource about TDC to potential new team members.  The visuals, the effects, and the fresh new design allows for easy navigation to browse through our luxury developments across our National footprint. – Meredith Savoie, Director of National Marketing at The Dinerstein Companies

GTMA/Razz has been our strategic partner on a number of new lease up projects. Their unique and creative approach to multifamily has yielded amazing success. We worked with them on Block 17 lease up in Portland’s Pearl District.  The creative team was thoughtful in their design and digital development matched this.  This website has been one of our most successful websites in terms of conversions and traffic. Additionally we have partnered with GTMA on social strategy, collateral design, SEO and photography for this lease up.  It’s refreshing to work with a marketing partner that gets it, consistently provides smart creative, is responsive, organized, open-minded and ultimately drives results. – Alexis Smoody, Marketing Director Wood Residential Services
